Pune cabs, booked ahead at one fixed fare

"Pune cabs" is a single phrase covering at least four different jobs. A ten-minute hop from Baner to Aundh, a 4:30 AM run to Mumbai airport, a weekend drive to Mahabaleshwar and a company’s recurring employee pickup are all cabs, and almost nothing about how you should book them is the same. This page is the starting point for all four, with a link through to the page that answers each one in proper detail.

GoZevv is a pre-booked private cab operator — not a street hail, not an app marketplace. You send a pickup point, drop, date, time, passenger count and luggage to a human booking desk on WhatsApp or by phone. The desk sends back one number. That number already contains expressway and highway tolls, the driver allowance and GST at 5% on EV passenger transport, and it does not move afterwards because it is raining, because it is 5 AM, or because demand spiked somewhere in an app.

The fleet is one car: the MG Windsor EV. Four passengers plus the chauffeur, 604 litres of boot space, a 38 kWh battery and AIS-138 certified charging. There is no "choose your category" screen because there is only one category. GoZevv does not operate 7-seaters, 8-seaters or tempo travellers, and does not rent cars for self-drive.

The honest trade-off is lead time. A city ride usually needs a few hours’ notice. An early-morning airport departure or a Pune to Mumbai run should be booked the previous evening. If you need a car at your gate in seven minutes, an app is the better tool for that particular trip and you should use one.

GoZevv is not a budget cab service and does not pretend to be. On a five-kilometre run across Pune at 2 PM on a Tuesday, an app cab will almost always cost less, and that is the sensible choice. The gap narrows or reverses at the edges — early mornings, monsoon evenings, airport departures and the Pune–Mumbai corridor — because a fixed fare cannot surge.

It is also the wrong call for a group of six or more, for anyone who wants to drive themselves, and for a bus or tempo traveller requirement. Those pages exist on this site and say so plainly rather than taking the booking and improvising afterwards.

There is no invented fleet story here either. Every ride is the same MG Windsor EV, and the same background-verified chauffeur standard applies whether the trip is ten minutes or three hours.
