How is my vehicle confirmed?
The booking team checks the selected model, route and travel time before accepting your ride. A booking request does not reserve a car.
How does the fare depend on my car and journey?
Fares apply to the selected model and route. Published one-way fares include the driver, standard route tolls and applicable taxes. Return trips, hourly hire and custom itineraries receive a separate complete quote.
What should I share about passengers and luggage?
Share the passenger count, number and size of bags, and any special requirements. Passenger capacity is shown for each model; luggage fit is confirmed before payment.
