How do I book a GoZevv cab?
Use the booking form, call +91 84467 81432 or send your trip details on WhatsApp. The booking desk checks the route, vehicle availability and fare before confirming the ride. Sending a request does not reserve a car.
How much advance booking is recommended?

Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Admins, assistants, family members and colleagues can book for another traveller by sharing the passenger's name, phone number and trip details.
Are bookings available 24/7?
Yes. GoZevv accepts early-morning, daytime, and late-night bookings for intercity and airport routes, subject to availability.

Do you provide Mumbai Airport pickups and drops?
Yes. GoZevv supports Pune to Mumbai Airport and Mumbai Airport to Pune routes, along with Navi Mumbai Airport routes.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Share company name, GSTIN and invoice email when requesting the ride. The booking desk confirms billing arrangements before acceptance.
Can a company book recurring trips?
Yes. Companies with regular travel needs can use corporate airport transfers or monthly plans for recurring bookings, consolidated billing, and GST invoices.
What details should be shared for an airport booking?
Share the exact pickup point, terminal, reporting time, passenger count, luggage count and any invoice requirement before the trip is scheduled.

What vehicles does GoZevv use?
GoZevv uses the MG Windsor EV for bookings. It offers a quiet cabin, premium rear-seat comfort, and fixed-fare electric travel on Pune-Mumbai and airport routes.
Are driver details shared before pickup?
Yes. Driver and vehicle details are shared before the trip so the traveller knows who is arriving.
Can I share the trip with a family member or colleague?
Yes. Trip visibility can be shared with a trusted contact, which is especially useful for airport, late-night and business travel.
What if I need to change or cancel a booking?
Tell us as early as possible if plans change so the ride can be updated or cancelled correctly. Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a 100% refund; less than 24 hours but 2 hours or more before pickup, 50% is refunded; less than 2 hours before pickup, or a no-show, is not refunded. The same windows apply to every booking and every route.
