The terms governing our bookings, fares, travel conduct, and intercity service parameters.
1. Booking & Confirmed Ride Protocol
By requesting an outstation or airport transfer with GoZevv, you agree to our Confirmed Ride Protocol. Bookings are confirmed only after our operations desk validates your pickup time, destination coordinates, and has dispatched driver details to your contact number.
2. Pricing, Tolls, and SURGE Inclusions
Our published rates for designated routes (e.g. Pune to Mumbai flat ₹5,000; Mumbai Airport to Pune flat ₹2,800) are fully all-inclusive. Fares cover:
- Expressway NH48 tolls and toll gateway fees.
- Charging costs and driver allowances.
- Applicable taxes. We commit to a clean, no-surge pricing model on published fixed-fare routes.
3. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care
GoZevv operates premium zero-emission EV cars (MG Windsor EV). Passengers are requested to maintain vehicle cleanliness, respect speed limits governed by telemetry systems, and refrain from hazardous actions inside the vehicle. The driver retains the right to cease transport in the event of abusive passenger behavior.
4. Governing Law
These terms and all booking agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of bookings or intercity transfers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
