What we do with your request

What each request means

Six things can be asked for on this form. Each one is a right the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you.

  • Access (section 11). We send you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what processing we have carried out on it, and the identities of the other Data Fiduciaries and Data Processors we shared it with, along with a description of what was shared.
  • Correction, completion or updating (section 12). We fix data that is wrong, fill in data that is incomplete, or bring data up to date. Tell us the current value and what it should be.
  • Erasure (section 12). We delete your personal data. We will do so unless a law in force in India requires us to keep a specific record — a GST invoice, for example. Where that applies we tell you which record and why, and erase everything else.
  • Withdrawal of consent (section 6). We stop the processing you consented to and erase the data collected for it, subject to the same legal-retention point. For analytics, marketing and precise location you can also do this yourself, instantly, from the privacy choices panel.
  • Nomination (section 14). You name one or more individuals who may exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to exercise them yourself. Give the nominee’s name, relationship and contact details.
  • Grievance (section 13). You complain about how we collected, used or handled your data, or about how we answered an earlier request.

How we verify it is you

We have to be certain we are not disclosing or deleting one person’s data at another person’s request, so every request goes through an identity check. We ask for the minimum that lets us match you to your records.

  • The mobile number or email address you used when booking. That is what we match against, so please use the same one here.
  • A booking reference if you have one. It speeds things up but is not essential.
  • A one-time code that we send to that mobile number or email address, which you send back to us.
  • For a nomination, or for a request made by a nominee after a death or incapacity, proof of the nominee’s identity and the relevant certificate or medical record.

We use these details only to check the request. We do not add them to any marketing list, and we delete any document sent for verification once the request is closed. Please do not send scans of identity documents unless we have specifically asked for them.

How long it takes

  • Within 3 working days — we acknowledge your request and tell you what, if anything, we still need from you.
  • Within 30 days — we complete the request and write to you with the outcome. If we refuse any part of it, we say which part and why.
  • Never more than 90 days — this is the outer limit we publish and hold ourselves to. If a request will take longer than 30 days, we tell you before day 30 and give the reason.

The clock starts once we can confirm your identity, because until then we do not know whose data the request concerns. There is no fee at any stage.

If you are not satisfied

Write to our Grievance Officer at contact@gozevv.in with “DPDP Grievance” in the subject line, quoting your reference number. Post works too: Grievance Officer, SourceKode Technologies LLP, ZAGA Complex, Senapati Bapat Road, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411016, India.

If we do not respond within the time above, or you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India, the body established under section 18 of the DPDP Act. You do not need our permission, and complaining to the Board will never affect the service we give you. The Board publishes its own address and complaint procedure.
