In Pune, “car rental” splits into two completely different products. Self-drive rental hands you the keys and charges by the hour or day, with a security deposit and a fuel policy. Chauffeur-driven rental gives you a car and a driver for a block of time. GoZevv does only the second.

The unit of sale is a package, not a meter. A 4 hour package includes 40 km, an 8 hour package includes 80 km and a 12 hour package includes 120 km. The 4 hour package starts at ₹1,200. Beyond the allowance, extra distance is ₹12/km and extra time is ₹100/hr — both stated at booking rather than discovered at the end.

The car is booked exclusively for you for the whole window. It waits at the venue while you are inside, the chauffeur can keep the air conditioning running without burning fuel or filling a basement with exhaust, and your bags stay in the boot between stops.

Every car is an MG Windsor EV — four passenger seats, 604 litres of boot space and a cabin measured quieter than an Innova Crysta. If you need seven or eight seats, GoZevv cannot help with a single vehicle and will say so rather than sell you a downgrade.

GoZevv does not do self-drive. There is no keys-and-deposit product, no unlimited-kilometre daily plan and no airport self-drive counter. If you specifically want to drive the car yourself, a self-drive platform is the correct choice and this page is not going to talk you out of it.

GoZevv also does not supply a driver for a car you already own. Driver-on-hire is a separate service category with its own operators; GoZevv rents the car and the chauffeur together or not at all.

Can I take a rented car outside Pune?
Yes, but an intercity trip is usually cheaper on a fixed outstation fare than on an hourly package. Pune to Mumbai, for example, is a published ₹5,000 one-way rather than a 12 hour package plus overage.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No. Deposits belong to self-drive rental. Chauffeur-driven bookings are paid by UPI, card, net banking or cash, or invoiced monthly on a corporate account.
