Agree on the original arrival plan
Send the flight number, landing date, airport and terminal from the airline’s current information. Add the passenger’s reachable mobile number and the full Pune drop address. If another person is booking, identify who can approve a changed pickup arrangement.
Ask how a delay will be handled
