Airport journeys
Booking a Mumbai Airport Pickup for Someone Else
Arrange a CSMIA pickup for a colleague or family member with the right flight details, passenger contact, luggage and handover.

Separate the booker from the traveller
Give the team both the person arranging the ride and the passenger contact. Explain who can approve a change to the fare or itinerary. The traveller should have the pickup instructions and a working contact number even when a family member or assistant is paying.
Copy the flight details carefully
Use the arrival flight number, calendar date, airport and terminal from current airline information. A late-night departure can arrive on a different date. Check whether the ticket names Mumbai CSMIA or Navi Mumbai International Airport before selecting the pickup route.
Share the information needed for the trip
Provide the passenger count, luggage details, drop address and any assistance requirement. A cab pickup generally does not need an entire passport or unrelated travel document. Send only the details needed to identify the flight and coordinate the passenger.
Arrange a clear handover
Confirm how and when the passenger will receive driver information and where to make contact after baggage collection. If the passenger may not have a working mobile connection, agree on a backup contact plan before the flight. Airport assistance, if needed, should be arranged separately with the airline or airport provider.
Keep changes in one conversation
If a flight is delayed or a family member changes the Pune drop address, update the team and ask for a revised confirmation. Tell the traveller which instructions are current. Check waiting, parking and any extra drop charges before accepting the final arrangement.
Questions before you travel
Can I arrange a pickup for my parents?
Yes. Share their contact details, luggage and assistance needs, and confirm the arrangements the team can provide before acceptance.
Is airport meet-and-greet included?
Do not assume so. A cab transfer and airport assistance are separate arrangements unless explicitly confirmed.
