Check that your ticket says BOM

BOM identifies Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, or CSMIA. Navi Mumbai International Airport is a separate airport. Copy the airport name, flight number, arrival date and terminal from your airline’s current information into the pickup request. “Mumbai airport” alone leaves room for a costly misunderstanding.

Use the arrival date, including after midnight

For a flight landing at 00:30, the pickup belongs to the new calendar day. Share the flight number as well as the scheduled time, and explain if the journey begins the previous evening. Give the Pune destination as a full address with a map pin.

From flight arrival to your final address. Flight details: Share the flight, date and arrival terminal; After landing: Allow for bags and arrival formalities; Meet your driver: Use the agreed pickup point and contact; Final drop: Confirm the exact address and any stops.
From flight arrival to your final address.

Allow time between landing and meeting the car

Landing is followed by leaving the aircraft, baggage collection and, where applicable, immigration and customs. Agree on the pickup coordination and waiting terms before travel. After collecting your bags, contact the driver and follow the current airport signs and agreed collection instructions.

Keep the passenger reachable

Provide a mobile number that will work on arrival and a backup contact when booking for someone else. Confirm when driver details will be shared. If the flight or terminal changes, tell GoZevv and obtain an updated pickup arrangement rather than assuming a change has been received.

Check the fare and luggage together

The published CSMIA-to-Pune one-way fare is ₹3,200 per car for up to four passengers. Share suitcase sizes and counts before acceptance. Parking, additional waiting, stops and detours need confirmation alongside the fare; a request is confirmed only after the team accepts it.

Questions before you travel

Is BOM the same as Navi Mumbai Airport?

No. CSMIA and Navi Mumbai International Airport are separate airports. Use the airport name and code on your ticket.

Should the pickup time be the landing time?

Agree this with the operator. Baggage collection and arrival formalities take place after landing, and waiting terms matter.
