Choose a short list of places

Start with the places your group actually wants to visit, then check their current opening hours, entry conditions and tickets with each venue. Avoid building the day around an old list of attractions and assuming every stop is open or close together.

Plan time outside the car

Include parking, walking to the entrance, the visit itself and returning to the pickup point. A road-only route estimate does not account for these parts of a sightseeing day. Leave room for a meal or rest rather than filling every minute with driving.

Decide where the day starts and ends

Give the hotel or home pickup, all proposed stops and the final drop. Explain whether you need the car to wait at each place. If the plan extends outside Pune, list that clearly so the full distance and duration can be considered.

Request the correct kind of booking
