Electric Taxi Travel: Comfort and Environmental Claims
Understand what an electric taxi can offer, which environmental claims need evidence and what to confirm for a GoZevv journey.

Be clear about the environmental claim
An electric car does not produce exhaust emissions while driving. That is different from saying the whole journey has no environmental impact. Vehicle and battery manufacture, electricity generation and use over the vehicle’s life are relevant to a fuller assessment.
Do not turn a general study into a trip certificate
The IEA’s life cycle assessment tool considers factors such as vehicle size, battery size, distance travelled and electricity supply. A general EV comparison is not evidence of a precise carbon saving for a particular GoZevv booking. No trip-specific carbon certificate or carbon-neutral claim is made here.
Choose comfort through practical details
GoZevv currently offers an electric transfer car for up to four passengers. Tell the team what matters to your group: luggage fit, access to the rear seat, a planned break or specific equipment. Confirm the allocated vehicle rather than assuming that every variant has the same features.
Discuss the journey plan
For an intercity transfer, ask about the proposed pickup time and whether the itinerary includes charging. Extra stops or an extended return journey can change that plan. Leave a realistic margin before a flight or appointment, whatever type of car you choose.
Accept a defined service
Check the fare for your route and agree on parking, waiting, stops and any return. Ask which payment arrangement applies to your accepted booking. A broad description such as “luxury and sustainability” should not replace clear answers about the car, journey and price.
Questions before you travel
Does electric mean carbon neutral?
No. Zero exhaust emissions while driving and a full life cycle carbon assessment are different claims.
Can I choose from sedans and SUVs?
GoZevv currently offers an electric transfer car. Any different vehicle requirement must be checked with the team.
