By using the GoZevv website, booking platform, or cab services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our services.

2.1 Cab Services

GoZevv provides premium electric intercity cab services, primarily between Pune and Mumbai. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2.2 Vehicle Guarantee

While we exclusively operate the MG Windsor EV and promise a premium experience, in the event of unforeseen mechanical failure, we will provide a standard backup vehicle of equal or better class to ensure your journey is completed, or formulate a full refund.

All prices displayed on the website are fixed point-to-point fares. Tolls and state taxes (where applicable) are typically included unless explicitly stated otherwise during the booking process. GoZevv guarantees zero hidden charges.

5. 3,000 INR Guarantee

The ₹3,000 compensation guarantee applies strictly to scenarios where GoZevv cancels a confirmed, fully-paid booking without providing an alternative vehicle. It is subject to verification and does not apply to cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, or passenger-initiated modifications.

6. Liability

GoZevv's liability for any service failure is strictly limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from delays or mechanical issues.
