Can unused rides roll over to next month?
Yes. Up to 20% of unused rides roll over for Starter and Business plans. Enterprise plans have full flexibility.
How do we book individual trips under a plan?
Simply WhatsApp us with date, pickup and drop details — exactly as you do for ad-hoc bookings. Your account manager handles the rest.
Is there a minimum contract duration?
Plans are offered on a 3-month minimum commitment. We offer month-to-month options for Enterprise clients on request.
What happens if we need more rides than our plan allows?
Additional rides are billed at the standard ₹5,000 rate and included in the same monthly invoice.
Can we mix airport and outstation trips in one plan?
Yes. Any Pune–Mumbai corridor trip (outstation, airport transfer, BKC runs) counts from the same ride bucket.
