1. Booking & Reservations

How do I book a GoZevv electric cab?
You can book through our website booking widget, by calling our 24/7 helpline, or via WhatsApp. Simply select your pickup location, drop location, date, and time. You'll receive instant confirmation with driver details 30 minutes before pickup.
How much advance booking is required?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. However, we also accept last-minute bookings subject to vehicle availability. For airport pickups, we suggest booking 6-12 hours in advance.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes, you can book a cab for family, friends, or colleagues. Just provide their contact number and pickup details during booking. The passenger will receive trip details and driver information via SMS.
Do you accept corporate bookings?
Yes, we offer dedicated corporate packages with monthly billing, GST invoices, and account management. Contact our corporate team for customized solutions and volume discounts.
Can I schedule recurring trips?
Yes, we offer subscription packages for daily commuters and regular travelers. Contact us to set up a recurring booking schedule with preferential rates.

2. Pricing & Payments

What is the fare from Pune to Mumbai?
The fixed fare from Pune to Mumbai is ₹5,000 for a one-way trip. This includes all tolls and taxes with no hidden charges or surge pricing.
What is the fare from Mumbai to Pune?
The return fare from Mumbai to Pune is ₹8,000 all-inclusive. This covers all expressway tolls, taxes, and no surge pricing regardless of time or traffic.
What is the fare for Navi Mumbai Airport (NMIA)?
Pune to NMIA or NMIA to Pune is ₹2600 fixed fare, as it's a shorter distance (110-120 km) compared to main Mumbai routes.
Are there any hidden charges?
No, our pricing is completely transparent. The quoted fare includes driver charges, tolls, taxes, and parking. No surge pricing, no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Corporate clients can opt for monthly billing with GST invoices.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, we provide 100% GST-compliant invoices for all bookings. This is especially beneficial for corporate clients who can claim input tax credit.
Is there a waiting charge?
First 15 minutes of waiting at pickup location are free. Beyond that, waiting charges of ₹100 per hour apply.
Do you charge for luggage?
No, standard luggage (2-3 bags) is included in the fare. Our vehicles have ample boot space for suitcases and bags.

Are GoZevv cabs really 100% electric?
Yes. GoZevv operates an exclusively electric fleet using the MG Windsor EV — zero-emission, completely silent, with Aero-Lounge seats and panoramic glass roof. Every ride is premium and eco-friendly.
What amenities are provided in the cab?
All our electric cabs feature climate control AC, comfortable seating, phone charging ports, complimentary soft beverages, bottled water, and sanitized interiors. Premium vehicles offer additional amenities.
Can I choose my preferred vehicle?
GoZevv exclusively uses the MG Windsor EV for all rides. The Windsor offers Aero-Lounge seats, panoramic sunroof, and 331 km MIDC certified range. You get this premium experience at ₹5,000 (one-way) fixed fare every time.
Do you provide airport pickup services?
Yes, we offer dedicated airport pickup services for both Mumbai Airport (CSMIA) and Navi Mumbai Airport (NMIA) with flight tracking and meet & greet services.
Can I make stops during the journey?
Yes, you can request stops for refreshments or other purposes. First 2 stops are free; additional stops may incur minimal charges.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please mention this requirement during booking.
Are complimentary beverages provided on every ride?
Yes, every GoZevv journey includes complimentary chilled soft beverages at no extra charge. We also provide bottled water and sanitized interiors on all rides.
Can I travel with pets?
Yes, we allow pets in our cabs. Please inform us during booking so we can arrange a pet-friendly vehicle.
Do you offer hourly rental services?
Yes, we offer hourly rental packages (4hr, 8hr, 12hr) for local use within Pune or Mumbai. Contact us for pricing.

We primarily serve the Pune-Mumbai corridor including all major locations in both cities, airports, and key business districts like Hinjewadi, BKC, and Andheri.

4. Electric Vehicles

How far can electric cabs travel on a single charge?
The MG Windsor EV has a certified MIDC range of 331 km and a real-world highway range of approximately 265 km — more than sufficient for the 150 km Pune–Mumbai trip with ample reserve. Zero charging stops required.
What if the cab runs out of charge during the trip?
This never happens as we ensure all vehicles are fully charged before every trip. Additionally, we have charging infrastructure along the route for emergencies.
Are electric cabs safe?
Yes, electric vehicles are as safe as conventional vehicles, if not safer. They have lower center of gravity (better stability), advanced safety features, and undergo regular maintenance.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 2 hours incur a 25% charge. No-shows are charged 50% of the booking amount.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel via phone, WhatsApp, or through the cancellation link sent in your booking confirmation SMS/email.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. UPI refunds are typically faster (1-3 days).
What if the driver cancels the trip?
If we cancel the trip, you'll receive a full refund immediately, and we'll try to arrange an alternative vehicle at no extra cost.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes, you can modify pickup time, location, or date up to 1 hour before scheduled pickup by contacting customer support.
What if I miss my pickup?
If you're not at the pickup location within 15 minutes of scheduled time, it's considered a no-show and 50% charges apply. Please inform us if you're running late.
